Government medical officer jobs 2026
A medical health officer is also called a chief health officer, medical health officer, district medical officer, or chief public health officer. A medical officer is commonly referred to as a senior government official belonging to the health department who is assigned duty either in the district, state or at a regional level.
The officer has to lead a team and advice public health professionals.
